- Increased reward for surviving "Kleiner-only" rounds from (25,000) > (75,000). Kleiner rounds also now start if more than 50% of the server says yes.
- Added 4 new models to the Halloween / Sp00ky crates. Each crate now has 10 items per crate.
- Fixed numerous PAC3 errors. (Hopefully fixed the 'dynamiclight' lua error that's happening too.)
- Implemented chat filter to restrict users from typing slurs/hateful words. Also block most IP's sent in chat, and most links. [PENDING SERVER RESTART]
